Qinhuangdao Residential Island Master Plan

Located in the resort town of Qinhuangdao, China, this 40-acre island site is surrounded by amazing natural waterfront scenery.  Invited by a Chinese developer to visit the site, I was a part of the design team that created these master plan options that ranged from maximizing the number of residential units for the island to maximizing view corridors for high-end luxury villas.  Located at the center of the island is the community club house that contains luxury amenities such as health spa, private theaters as well as a large banquet hall to host large social events.
