Rabat Waterfront Master Plan

Role: Project Designer

The proposed 168-acre mixed-use waterfront development is comprised of a residential district that  slopes dramatically towards a rocky beach.  A 5-star waterfront luxury resort adjacent to a traditional souk overlooking the ocean, a waterfront open-air entertainment district, and a large retail mall are some of many unique program elements that make this development a true tourist destination.

Working in collaboration with Base-4 & Innovation Design Group, this vision master plan proposal was completed by Quantum-AIP in 2013 under my design leadership.
