Urban Hotel and Residential Towers

In an effort to respond to ever-changing market conditions, the program required an integrated building structure that could also convert into a different commercial use as an exit strategy.

The proposed design solution included a 40-story serviced apartment tower tied to an 18-story, 200-room hotel. Both the residential and hospitality functions share common facilities such as the pool terrace, health club and spa, restaurants, concierge, and housekeeping services.
