Dubai Maison Mondiale Mixed-Use Development Option 2

Designed at the request of a Dubai client on a hypothetical site, the Dubai Maison Mondiale Master Plan is a mixed-use development centered around the expanding Dubai home expo industry.  The proposed development will house high-end furniture stores that offer exclusive and unique products from around the world.  Organized as a series of concentric buildings around two iconic high-rise towers, the master plan design allows the future expansions of the expo program through the addition of additional concentric rings.

Designed as a premiere destination where one goes to discover the latest products and home design trends, boutique restaurants and coffee shops located on the ground level provide another added attraction for people visiting the expo.  Intrigued by the unique design of the dual tower scheme, the client also requested the development of a three tower option to increase commercial office program.
